Central Georgia EMS Region Five recognizes the invaluable contributions of Georgia’s EMS providers and trauma system partners in saving children’s lives. The Regional Pediatric Symposium is a collaborative effort led by the EMS Region 5 Regional Trauma Advisory Committee (RTAC), Central Georgia EMS for Children, the Region 5 Advisory Council Education Committee, and the Regional EMS Directors Association.

Designed primarily to meet the educational needs of prehospital practitioners, the 2025 Pediatric Trauma Symposium is open to all professionals involved in emergent pediatric care. Our goal is to enhance children’s well-being by sharing essential tools and information on pediatric injury prevention and optimal trauma care.

We value all our partners and encourage everyone to join us! However, at this time, only EMS credits have been approved. CEU category determinations are solely at the discretion of the Georgia Office of EMS and Trauma. CNEs are currently under consideration.
